Misuse 4: the more the air flow, the better dust extractor
Industrial purifiers focus mainly on negative pressure (when negative pressure is high, the suction force is greater), not the air flow. Even though the air flow is large, it may not necessarily in great suction force.
Misuses 5: Imported fans must be good
In the aspects of manufacturing processes and quality monitoring, imported fans may be better than the domestic fans, but the price will be higher. Under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of the purifier, there are a lot of domestic fans with high quality and high cost performance. Misuse 6: The lower of the replacement frequency of filter core, the better
Under the premise of ensuring suction force and filtration effect, the lower the frequency of replacement, the better. However, the filter core has rated saturation, if the fume volume in site is greater, so the saturation of filer core failure will be faster, that is, the frequency of replacement must be higher. This is inevitable, and it depends crucially on the environmental conditions. If the filter is saturated and blocked without replacement, it must results in the suction force reduction, the filtration will not e completer so that the environment will be polluted.
